Returning from America just before Christmas was perfect timing for the crisp winter weather. The frost arrived just in time to make Christmas day feel even more festive and has made for some very picturesque landscapes. From frozen flowers & icy cobwebs to foggy sunrises, Britain is spoilt every year with beautiful winter views.
This year I have spent a lot of time exploring local towns, including Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury & Ironbridge, & venturing off the beaten track into the surrounding countryside. At this time of year, the natural light is perfect for an outdoor winter shoot and the colourful, frosty sunrises make going out in the cold totally worth it! I have been making the most of this perfectly photogenic (albeit rather chilly!) weather, getting my camera out at every opportunity, and have been really pleased with all the shots i've captured so far!
