Whether you are hosting a Private Party, Festival, Conference or a Charity Event, with my professional but unobtrusive and creative approach I’lll capture all the important moments of your event whilst you focus on the important things. Providing you with a strong bank of images to tell your story and show off your event at its best, ready for you to share on Social Media, add to your website and to promote your next event online or in print.

How it works.

  • After the initial point of contact either via email, phone or the form below, we will arrange a call to discuss all the important details for your event - dates, locations, timings, nature of the event, type of coverage required, what the photos will be used for, how soon the deliverables will be required, etc…

    Within 24 hours I will then provide you with a quote for either the full event, a daily fee or a half day/hourly package. You can take all the time you need to read through your quote and decide on the package. Once you come back to me with a booking request, I will require a 40% retainer fee to hold the date and put the booking in place.

  • At least one week prior to the event I will need you to send me a Photographers Brief. This should include the itinerary of the event so that I have the timings of all the important things that will be happening, where and when I will be needed and any specific moments you want photographing. If you require any images delivered during the event so that you can do live Social Media uploads, this will also need to be stated on the brief with a list of what images you would like and at what times throughout the day.

    Any specific ideas you have in mind should be mentioned within the brief so that I have a clear idea of your vision and expectations.

  • Following the event, your images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Standard turnaround time is two weeks, however faster delivery can be provided as long as you request this upon making your booking. Images will be delivered via a password protected online gallery (categorised if necessary), which allows you to view, download and share all images in your own time.
